Matchmaker, Matchmaker, make me a match!

If you feel like your home buying search is a lot of "swiping left" and you just can't find the right home for you, consider reaching out to your local licensed Real Estate Agent. I really believe that my job is not to sell a buyer into a home - it's to help them find the house they already want. Some things you may not have known (I didn't, until I joined the biz):

1. Agents have access to a larger MLS data base that includes homes that will soon be on the market, homes that were taken off the market and may still be available, and for sale by owners.

2. Agents have the experience to help you figure out how much house you can get for the amount the bank prequalified/preapproved for you. Your dream house may not be achievable right away, but with experience and a list of reliable contractors, an Agent may be able to help you get a home under your budget that you can renovate to your tastes!

3. Agents attend broker's open houses where we can preview the homes coming onto the market and discuss upcoming listings with other agents.
